Applying to study at NCPS

If you’re ready to apply, here are a few things you’ll need to know. For more detailed information about visas, course fees, entry requirements and more, click on the links on the left hand side.

Current Year 12 students

If you’re currently in Year 12, you’ll need to apply through VTAC (refer to the latest VTAC Guide for details).

Non-Year 12 students

If you’re a student with qualifications, such as a Year 12 certificate, overseas qualification or relevant tertiary qualification (Certificate IV and above), you’ll need to apply through VTAC.

Mature age

If you’re over 21 and have not completed a Year 12 certificate or its equivalent, or you’ve not undertaken any tertiary study, you may apply under the Student Access and Equity Scheme (SEAS). To do this you’ll need to:

  1. Apply through VTAC
  2. Complete and submit a SEAS application to VTAC (available online at www.vtac.edu.au)
  3. Sit a STAT test – refer to the VTAC Guide for details and dates of the test.

International students

If you’re an overseas student, you’ll need a student visa before you can enrol (see www.immi.gov.au for more details). You can only enrol on a full-time basis. To do this you’ll need to:

  1. Apply directly to NCPS by completing and submitting and International Undergraduate Application for Enrolment form.
  2. Include all relevant documentation to support your application (details are contained on the application form).

Once we have received your application, fee and relevant documentation, we’ll notify you by email about your application. If you are successful, we’ll send you an Offer Acceptance form and other information you’ll need.
