Special Entry Access Schemes for Students with Disabilities
SEAS is an access and equity scheme organised and managed by Victorian Tertiary Admissions Centre (VTAC). It is designed to provide access and equity to:
- individuals who are applying for a tertiary courses and whose education has been adversely affected in the long term by their life circumstances; and
- to assist current year 12 students who have experienced recent circumstances that have had an adverse impact on their final 12 months of their secondary schooling.
The Navitas College of Public Safety participates in the SEAS scheme and recognises the following SEAS categories:
- Category 1 — Mature Age Entry
- Year 12 Special Consideration
You can apply for SEAS, and your tertiary courses, through VTAC. You will need to satisfy various criteria to be eligible to apply through SEAS.
